EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
By definition, employee experience is "a set of perceptions employees have about their job in response to their interactions with the organization."
In practice, it’s complex and comprehensive – a “positive and powerful, and ultimately human experience” – where employees become (un)willing to invest not just themselves, but more, for the further development of the organization. It measures and reflects a sense of belonging to the organization, a desire to actively contribute and participate in its growth.
All companies, including yours, sell what money cannot buy. They sell symbols of who you are, what kind of person you want to be, and what you want to belong to. The customer doesn’t buy a product but the essence of the brand.
The strength of your company is not in the size of your product portfolio, market share, or advertisements… The greatest value is your people, your employees, who promote the quality and authenticity of your brand in the market. Without them, products are lifeless – bags, boxes, bins on the shelves of your warehouses, or just entries on inventory lists. And services…
Employees give them a soul, practical value for clients… And thus, brand magic is created!
