WHAT IS COACHING FOR A PERFECT RESULT?
Coaching is a solution-focused process that for each challenge you set, helps you clarify what you want and determine the steps you need to take to achieve it. Even when we ourselves know what we want, we find ourselves unable to maintain our motivation. Coaching helps us keep track of why it matters what we do so that we can maintain focus until we achieve what we intend.
In short, coaching is a way to improve people's skills and abilities, all with the aim of improving performance.
There are several types of coaching. At Skills, we do business coaching.
Rest assured that while you may not have been aware of this, you were involved in this process. Coaching is actually a conversation between two people, one of whom is a Coach and the other a Couchee. The purpose of coaching is for people to come up with specific answers and conclusions themselves through conversations.
It is important to know that the crazy coaching practitioners are not psychotherapists, doctors, coaches and such. They are equiped with necessary knowledge and skills in various fields and the most important are communication skills.
In many companies, coaching is used not only as a method of debugging and troubleshooting, but also as a preventative measure.
